The Perfect Write® is Easy and Convenient

Click this link to the Form Page and indicate the tone in which you would like your letter written by checking one of the three boxes: Soft, Moderate, or Aggressive. This is critical because often people write in a tone that does not convey their true intention. Then type or paste your message’s context onto
the open style sheet. (If you have a letter already composed, do not concern yourself with the layout should it not set up as you had originally intended.) There are no further steps for you in the creative process. The rest is up to

The Perfect Write Review® Process

Each letter will be reviewed and proofread by at least two members of The Perfect Write® staff before it will be E-mailed to you in what we consider its
final form. If you are not satisfied, you may request a revision. If a modification
is deemed appropriate due to an oversight by The Perfect Write®, this will be done at no charge; otherwise, normal fees apply.

Cost of Your Finished Letter from The Perfect Write®

A one-page letter crafted by The Perfect Write® of up to 300 words (the average letter is approximately 220 words) is $77.50. The Perfect Write® cost per one-page letter of 300 words or less is all-inclusive. There are no set up or layout fees. From 300 to 400 words are charged an additional $.20 each; e.g.,
a 400 word letter is $117.50. Words over 400 are charged an additional $.40 each: e.g., a 500 letter is $157.50.

Query Letters crafted by The Perfect Write® are $117.50 for a single 8 1/2″ x 11″ page, regardless of word count.
